Including Golden Harvey, Brown Snout, Bulmers Norman, Sommerset, yarlington mill, Clossette, Tremlets bitter among others. all Varieties have a nice balance of bitter sweet, bitter sharp, sweet and Sharp characteristics. Back blended with the same Varieties to add a complex yet very drinkable cider. |
