Inspired by Lambic Styled Ales, whole raspberries were added to our 6 month barrel-aged Pink Lady cider and allowed to go through secondary fermentation for 6 months maceration. The product was then conditioned for a further 12 months in tanks before being blended with more barrel-aged cider and sugar to sweeten before bottling. Sour in style, this product is sweet up-front, full of raspberry aroma & flavor, and then finishes with a slight sour acetic bite.
