Primarily made with Coxes Orange Pippin. A small amount (~5%) of Yarlington Mill has been added to provide some astringency/dryness to the palette, thus we haven't entered this product into the New World Category because the style is more similar to a traditional cider. The Cider has been aged in horizontal vats for 12 months to allow MLF to proceed, prior to bottling conditioning for a further 6 months.
